PRIVACY POLICY — SHADOW
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
Innovative Digital Hub (“we”, “us”, the “Developer”) develops and publishes the game SHADOW (the “Game”). For any question about this policy or about your data, write to us at innovatinedigitalhubsrl@gmail.com.
2. The short version
The Game does not create accounts, does not ask for your name, e-mail address or any other personal data, and includes no analytics tools of its own: it does not send us data about how you play. On phones and tablets it shows ads — full-screen ads at natural breaks, at most about once every ten minutes of play, and optional rewarded ads that you only see if you choose to — and to show them our advertising partners may process data about your device (see section 4); the first time you start the Game we ask whether you accept personalized ads. The Game also offers optional in-app purchases, which the app store processes (see section 4). We do not collect, sell or share your personal data. The PC and console versions show no ads.
3. What stays on your device
Your game progress (heroes, companions, skins, in-game currencies and materials, achievements, story progress) and your settings (language, volume) are stored locally on your device. We never receive them. Uninstalling the Game or clearing its data removes them (see section 7 of the Terms).
4. Data processed by third parties
The app stores and platforms through which you get the Game (for example the Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam or the Nintendo eShop) and your device’s operating system may collect and process data about you and your use of the Game under their own privacy policies; we do not control this and we do not receive that data, apart from the aggregated statistics the stores make available to developers (for example numbers of downloads, crashes and ratings).
In-app purchases and subscriptions (Android and iOS). Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. They confirm to the Game, on your device, which products you bought and whether your subscription is active so that we can unlock them, but we do not receive your card details or the details of your payment account.
Ads (Android and iOS). The ads — full-screen and rewarded — are shown through Unity LevelPlay (an ad mediation platform) and the advertising networks it works with. These companies act as independent service providers or controllers and, to show the ad, limit its frequency, prevent fraud and measure results, they may process data such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, approximate location, device and operating-system type, and how you interact with the ad. The first time you start the Game we ask whether you accept personalized ads: if you do, we tell the ad platform that you consented and the networks may use this data to personalize the ads; if you refuse, we request non-personalized ads. Your choice is stored on your device and you can change or withdraw it at any time in Settings, as easily as you gave it. We mark the Game as not directed to children under 13. You can also limit ad tracking in your device settings (for example by resetting or disabling the advertising identifier). These companies’ own privacy policies apply to the processing they carry out.
The Game is made with the Unity engine; we use Unity LevelPlay only for the ads described above and no other Unity cloud or analytics service.
5. Future changes
If we introduce features that process personal data (for example cloud backups or analytics), we will update this policy and make it available in the Game before the feature is active and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. The policy will then explain what data we process, for what purpose and on what legal basis, with whom we share it, whether it is transferred outside the European Economic Area, and how long we keep it.
6. Children
The Game is intended for people aged 13 or older (see section 2 of the Terms). Because we do not collect personal data, we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent (where processing is based on it — for example your consent to personalized ads, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings). You may lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro. To exercise your rights, write to us at innovatinedigitalhubsrl@gmail.com.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy (for example when we add new features or the law changes). The date of the last update appears at the top; important changes will be announced in the Game or on the store page.
